Communication is important and I use Prism. My owners are guaranteed a minimum one report a week but usually it will be 2 to 3 reports a week, they always receive a report the day before any race trial or workout. Report after every trial workout, race or private workout off the property and are always consulted about anything needing to be done with your horse prior to being done. 

We charge a flat rate each Month until they have trialled or raced and try to keep the transporting costs to a minimum when racing.

I always have shares in horses in the stable for sale or lease. I own a lot of horses or shares in horses so always willing to give shares away for people to get into ownership for no upfront costs, they are qualified and showed they are nice horses and can instantly go to the races and if sold then get their share of sale price.  Also breed a lot of horses so feel free to make contact with me to discuss ownership.
